The spawn is average, but what's close to spawn is a rarely seen mushroom biome. It's just to the left of spawn. It borders a meadow on one side, a forest on another, and an ocean on opposite sides.
An incredible mix of forest and beach where the spawn is. This blended forest biome is surrounded by an ocean and a swamp. Some parts of the forest are sandy, and has many small islands. It also has a dungeon with a fortune III book! Look at the seed's images for more details.
